New day....new blog....long live Freedom!
I have had two previous blogs that I have neglected over the past couple of years...both of which were filled with Whimsy and Mirth....I decided I would like to post more serious thoughts and the benefit of my many years of experience in this crazy world of ours...so I begin anew...so I ironically named this new blog Whimsy and Mirth.
I am in hopes of posting more serious materials as the political climate, as of late, has become a serious issue with me, and I feel it should be a serious issue with every American citizen and would- be citizen. Let's face it, our Nation is in a world of hurt with the current administration and more than lackadaisical, greedy, power-grabbing, do-nothing Congress.
We are in the throes of a major mess in the upcoming election and current campaign! This begs the question--when will America stand up for herself and demand justice? /When will the grassroots of American demand the strict adherence to our Constitution as it was written by our founding Fathers for a nation looking to escape tyrannical government and allow its people to worship as they saw fit according to their beliefs and the dictates of their own consciences? "We the People" need to stand up to the mess we have now in Washington, D.C. and demand our place to govern and dictate what our elected officials are doing!
"Politically correct" has gone far beyond common courtesy. It has gone far beyond common sense. We are allowing the powers that be to destroy nearly 250 years of freedoms and rights for which so many have fought and died. Everyone, not just certain races, religions, or nationalities should be able to live and breathe free in this country.
I do not overlook the racism that has and does exist in this country! I do not condone the discrimination that has occurred since the beginning of time! BUT! We are not on the path to doing away with racism and discrimination as we should be, we are feeding the beast every day with the backing of ultra-liberal garbage that constantly divides and reinforces the problems in the nation.
No one should be denied the right to live, worship, work, get an education, or live without fear regardless of their color or nationality. No one should be denied rights to give special interest groups the ability to over take our nation. The most intense racists in the nation are the ones that constantly scream racism! We listen to self-appointed trouble makers who are reveling in their fame and fortune as a result of causing trouble and feeding lies to America. Al Sharpton owes millions of dollars in income tax....the government ignores it because he is a troublemaker that happens to be black skinned.
We accept wrong as right and lies as truths...we support known liars, traitors, thieves, murderers, and worse...as viable political candidates. We allow race to undermine legality and reality.
Our current president says he has been treated differently due to the color of his skin....yes, he has....were he a caucasian...he would have been impeached and recalled long ago. His tactics are not only illegal....they are treasonous. He is a liar! And as Americans, we sit back and complain---or some, revel in what they think is "payback" time....there is no room for payback when it destroys a nation....our nation as we were meant to be is being destroyed not improving!
America the time is short! We must stand up for what is right. We must begin to use common sense in our calculation of what is best for ALL Americans....there really is no free lunch...some may be getting what they think is a free lunch, but many are paying the price for those people...it is not free. There can be no free America if we continue to allow ultra liberals to dictate the way our nation lives.
